How do I reserve equipment?
We recommend you place a “Wishlist” online through our website to begin the reservation process. However, you may reserve equipment by calling us at (571)-208-1651 or email us at bristowpartyrentalssales@gmail.com.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend that clients submit their orders at least 72 hours in advance to guarantee delivery. However, we are happy to take orders the day of your event, but you run the risk of a limited inventory. To be on the safe side, we suggest you submit your request at least two weeks in advance.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 20 percent deposit to guarantee items you've requested will be held until the date of your rental.
Does Bristow Party Rentals charge a delivery fee? What are your delivery hours?
Yes, Bristow Party Rentals charges a delivery/pickup fee for any orders requiring this service. The delivery fee is based on city location and can be subjected to change due to various circumstances. Our normal delivery hours are the same as our business hours. However, deliveries needed before or after normal hours may be subjected to additional charges.
Can I pick up my rental items at your location to avoid delivery fees?
Yes, customers are able to pick-up and drop-off items at our store at no additional charge.
Do I need to be present for when my delivery rentals are dropped off?
No, we do not require a person to be present at the time of delivery. We will send an email or text with a photo verifying items were dropped off at agreed upon location. However, you will accept liability for items at time of delivery.
What is the Damage Waiver Fee Policy?
Damage waiver modifies the client’s responsibility against damaged items. A non-refundable damage waiver of 10% will be added to all rental orders. The client may decline the damage waiver charge by making a cash deposit equal to full value of the equipment rented. Damage waiver does not cover theft, vandalism or negligence. Items not covered under waiver: Frame tents.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will be subjected to loss of 20 percent deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of schedule delivery date will be subjected to loss of 50 percent of contract total (included is the 20 percent deposit). Orders cancelled due to severe weather, acts of God, and declared emergencies will be moved to a rescheduled (items subject to availability), all monies paid prior to the cancellation will roll over to the new order on the rescheduled date. If the client chooses to cancel the event and not reschedule, the client will be liable for 20 percent of the order total (deposit). All monies previously paid above and beyond 20 percent will be refunded. If the cancellation takes place after the truck has been loaded and/or delivered, the normal cancellation policies will be in effect.
